New Procedure For Submitting Applicant and Performer Agreements to MuchFACT

MuchFACT is pleased to announce a new streamlined application process in regards to submitting applicant and performer agreements.  We no longer require applicants to mail a hard copy of the agreement as we have created an electronic signature component to the existing application forms.

Effective immediately you may now submitt your applicant and performer agreement electronically.  Simply fill the agreement out online as prompted, click the corresponding boxes and hit save.
